We provide 90-days warranty on all products. Our Warranty & Liability is for our products only such as Watch Strap, AirPods Case etc. We are not responsible for any damage to the Watch or AirPods etc.

Pls contact us within 90 Day's timeframe for any warranty related issues with Watch strap or any of our products. We will be happy to resolve warranty issues with the customer during this time-frame.

The warranty covers following

  • Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
  • Any defects in workmanship (E.g., pattern fading) under normal use
  • Any broken components (E.g., Buckle) under normal use

 What will do to correct the issue?

  • We will repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty
  • We will repair any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts
  • We may exchange the old product with a new product
  • We may issue a refund

 What is not covered?

  • Damage to a product due to negligence
  • Damage to a product resulting from unauthorized modification(s)
  • Damage caused by a natural disaster or an act of a god
  • Theft or loss of the product

 

We ship most custom orders within 1-3 business days. The processing time may go up to 7 days during a peak shopping season like Christmas, Mother's Day etc.
Currently due to COVID International delivery may take 2- 8 weeks to arrive. The international order may incur custom and other international taxes. Those taxes are buyer responsibility.
We ship it WORLDWIDE.

Can you gift-wrap my order?
Yes. During Checkout, you can choose to add a message or gift wrap. We offer two options:

1. Gift Message - Free

You can include a message of (up to 60 characters) with your gift, free of charge. Limited to one complimentary gift message per shipping destination.

2. Gift Wrapping - $4 Extra charge

Package will be gift wrapped beautifully with a bow for something special. We may use holiday specific (E.g. Christmas) gift paper.

We want our customers to be delighted with their order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs, or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please Contact us through chat support to initiate return. The Custom or Personalized Orders can't be returned or exchanged. If you are having any issues with them then please reach out to us and we'll do our best to address the issue.

It depends on the local law and regulation which is evolving constantly. Currently, sales tax is applied to the majority of shipping addresses within the United States. Your individual rates will be reflected during the order checkout process.
If you have bought a genuine leather items then proper care will extend life your product. The genuine leather will react differently based on the factors like how long you wear it, what kind of activity you are doing while wearing it, as well as how is it exposed to different environments and so on. The water and leather don't go well together. Don't let your genuine leather item get wet. If it gets wet, then take it off immediately and let it dry naturally. Sometimes your leather item just needs a little time to breath. Let them exposed to air out. We recommend to not sleep or work out in leather straps and bands. Please avoid exposing your watch band to substances containing bleach, ammonia or other corrosive material. Please remove your watch band before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. Please put your Leather strap on only after you dress to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics or other household chemicals.

What else can you do to take care of a genuine leather strap?
Please use neutral (no-color) leather cream on the watch strap and polish it using a soft cloth. Let it air out after that based on the instruction on leather cream.
